Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sugarnova perfume. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-day returns (unopened items)

You can return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Because perfume is a personal-care product, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

How to start a return

Email sugarnova@royalperfumerie.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without a return authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
