These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of sugarnovaperfumes.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Sugarnova Perfumes ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Products

We try to display product colors, packaging and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly. Product descriptions describe the inspiration and character of each scent; fragrance can smell different on each person. Our perfumes are alcohol-based and for external use only.

3. Pricing and orders

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

6. Product safety

Do a patch test before first use. Avoid contact with eyes, do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and keep away from heat and open flame. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of young children.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sugarnova Perfumes is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
