Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

All orders shipped within the United States ship free with standard shipping.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped from New Jersey within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Free Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping (optional, $15): 1–2 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows. Perfume contains alcohol and is shipped by ground according to carrier rules for limited-quantity fragrance shipments.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at sugarnova@royalperfumerie.com and we'll help resolve it.
